Invite Officials to Join You Organization

You can easily invite officials to join your organization by having the site send them a direct link to your registration form. (NOTE: This only works if you have a registration form enabled...which is the case by default).

There are a few ways to get there....

• Forms Page
  1. Go to Other -> Interactive Forms
  2. Click on "Invite/Remind Officials"
     • located on the right side of the Registration Form section
• From the Menus
  1. Click on Main -> Registration
  2. Click on Quick Links -> Officials  -> Invite
• From the Officials Directory
  • Click on Directories -> Officials
  • Click on Registration -> Invite
     

Once on the registration invite page:

1. Click "New Officials"
2. Enter one or more email addresses in the Email Address box
3. Optionally, enter a message.
   • The system will include a basic message inviting them to register with the link. Add extra content as desired....send one to yourself if you like to see what the contents are.
4. Click "Send Invitation"

Multiple email addresses can be entered. They must be separated by one of the following:

• new line
• comma
• space
• semicolon
