Because all IT departments are different, and spam filters sometimes filter legitimate email, it is highly recommended that you add the RefTown domain to your Safe Senders list in your email client. This will help ensure that our emails will get to you safely.

1. Log into your Gmail Account.
    
2. Click the gear and choose “Settings”…

3. Click the tab for Filters:
   
   
    
4. Click “Create a new filter”
   
   
    
5. Enter mailer@reftown.com as the from, leave the rest blank and click “Create filter with this search”

6. Choose “Never sent it to Spam” and click “Create filter”
