The ability for an official to decline an assignment is disabled. To decline, the official must contact the assignor by phone, email, etc. |

Number of Reason/Comment Characters Required On Decline |
Entering a number other than 0 will require a comment by the official when they decline an assignment. This comment will be sent to the assignor when the response is submitted. If you wish to turn this option off, enter 0 on this line and comments will not be required upon decline. This setting is not applicable if no recipients are specified to receive a response by email. |

Mark Unavailable on Decline |
If the official declines an assignment and the official's availability shows that official is available, mark the official as unavailable for that day |

Turnback Limit (days) |
Removes the turnback option this many days before an assignment. If you do not wish to enable turnbacks, put a large number in this box....e.g. 1000. |
